A project for the design of a mixed-use development including 35 high end apartments. The L shaped plan facing south, south westwards, allowed each of the apartments to avail of natural light throughout the day. A shared garden and communal area exist within the centre of the development allowing all the residents to enjoy the landscaped outdoor space.
